She shared a picture of her two kids as well.

According to court documents from Florida, Robin is also changing her romantic life. On November 5, 2024, she filed for divorce from her spouse, Bryan Coulter.

Robin filed a parenting plan for her kids in addition to the petition.

She submitted a completed parenting class certificate on December 12.

Robin also submitted a motion for default, which is a situation in which the plaintiff frequently asks the judge to permit the case to proceed without the defendant’s involvement when the defendant does not reply to the lawsuit.

In February, there will be a hearing on the matter.

The divorce request has not received a response from Bryan.

At Robin’s request, all of the case’s documents have been sealed.

LEGAL TROUBLES

According to The U.S. Sun, Robin was initially taken into custody on August 19, 2019, and was accused of possessing heroin and a controlled substance.

On July 6, 2019, officers arrived at a Wawa parking lot to find a woman sleeping on top of a white artificial Christmas tree while carrying a blue rucksack.

They discovered a capped syringe protruding from the top of her sports bra when they roused her up.

According to the police report, the defendant tried to hide the protruding needle by shoving it into her bra between her cleavages. The syringe then protruded from the underside of her bra.

Once more, the defendant pushed the syringe up into her sports bra in an attempt to hide it. The syringe re-emerged from her sports bra top.

In the end, Robin gave the officer the syringe and stated that she had diabetes, but she was unable to respond to their inquiries about diabetes medicine.

According to the complaint, she was placed in handcuffs due to her illness and uncooperative behavior.

According to the report, There was a transparent glass container with a floral cover in the backpack’s medium-sized front pocket. Three peach-colored pills with an unidentified imprint and a white powder material were found within the container.

They released her because the officer’s on-site drug testing kits were flawed.

Weeks later, she was arrested after it was established through laboratory results that the narcotics were heroin and izolam.

On September 5, 2019, she was bailed out on a $4,000 bond.

She entered a not guilty plea to the accusations, according to court documents.

Robin asked for a public defender and stated that she had no income.

After entering a guilty plea to both charges, she received a 30-day term in the county jail.

TRESPASSING

Then, on October 17, 2019, Robin was taken into custody for possessing illegally obtained drugs and occupying a building against a vacate order.

Officers discovered Robin in the rear of a building with a no-trespassing sign, according to the sheriff’s report.

According to the article, 15 blue oval pills with the marking 213 were found during a check of her property. According to Perdrugs.com, the pills are a prescription medication called sertraline hydrochloride 50 mg, which she was found to be in possession of without a prescription.

The case was adjudication withheld, according to Florida courts, which means she was not found guilty but may be given a particular punishment like probation.

BAD HAND

She was then taken into custody on January 27, 2020, in the Seminole Hard Rock Casino for trespassing and peacefully resisting.

Robin allegedly caused a commotion and refused to leave after security urged him to, according to the sheriff’s report.

She attempted to use an emergency exit when authorities instructed her to go through the casino’s front entrance.

According to the report, the defendant pulled away from the cops as they were handcuffing her in an attempt to arrest her.

She was not prosecuted for the charges and was told to stop communicating with the Hard Rock casino.

On August 2, 2022, she was also taken into custody for providing a false name to a law enforcement official and resisting an officer without using force.

She was found guilty after entering a no contest plea.

RESTRAINING ORDER

A member of Robin’s family filed an injunction against her on April 5, 2022, seeking protection from domestic abuse.

The relative listed Robin’s address as unknown and stated that she had been unemployed for five years.

The family member claimed that while under the influence of narcotics, Robin danced about their backyard after jumping the fence.

She attempted to enter the locked screen porch, according to the family member.

She reportedly entered, slept there for three days, and kept using drugs.

According to the protection order, [We] observed her using a syringe to inject something into her arm. She was frequently warned not to consume drugs on our property and to leave, but she persisted in threatening us.

On 3/31/2022, she finally lost her temper and made such a mess of the front yard and carport, damaging the landscaping and screamed so loudly that the neighbors phoned the police.

When the police showed up at the house, Robin bounded off.

According to the story, for the past five or six years, [Robin] has been abusing drugs and stealing cash and other valuables from us.

She has damaged the landscaping and shattered windows and screens. She repeatedly threatened to hurt us physically. She has repeatedly pushed and hit me when I’ve urged her to stop using illicit narcotics and to leave our property.

The relative asked that Robin be mandated to engage in therapy, intervention, and/or treatment.

According to the court, the family member is either a victim of domestic abuse or has good reason to think that they could soon become a victim of it because of [Robin].

She was told to keep 100 feet from their car and 500 feet from their house and workplace.

In addition to being barred from using violence, the court mandated that the former MTV star participate in a mental health assessment within ten days of the ruling.

On April 2, 2023, Robin was taken into custody and accused of violating a domestic violence injunction.

According to the incident report, [Robin] was acting aggressively while standing and pacing on the driveway of [the family member’s] house and harassing the victim.

The defendant was served with a protection order on April 14, 2022, and it is now in effect. On April 13, 2027, the protection order will end.

“The defendant is now breaking the protection order, which states that they cannot be within 500 feet of the victim’s home or communicate with them in any way.

While on the phone with the police, the family member watched her through the living room of the house and saw her breaking the protection order.

According to a court ruling, Robin was freed from prison on June 8, 2023.

Robin entered a no contest plea to the charges on June 7.

While pleading no contest does not admit guilt, it allows the court to treat the defendant as if they are guilty.
