Trio Accused of Home Invasion and Armed Robbery in Austell
Devron Malik Rumley, Darius Deonte Davis, and another individual face charges of home invasion and armed robbery following an incident at Chroma Park Apartments in Austell. Allegedly, they entered the wrong apartment, held the victim at gunpoint, and stole belongings before fleeing.
Devron Malik Rumley, 29, of Marietta, was apprehended and remains in custody without bond. Charges include burglary, armed robbery, and aggravated assault.
