University of Michigan says situation is ‘all clear’ in surrounding area near Huron Parkway
FOX 2, Ann Arbor, Mich.Following a threat of self-harm in a campus location that prompted residents to be urged to avoid the area, University of Michigan officials say everything is well.

At 9:24 p.m., Security issued a warning to the public to stay away from Building 520 of the North Campus Research Complex. Twenty minutes later, the notice was revised to include 2800 Plymouth Road.
Officers were on the site, according to the institution.
Officials reported that the situation in the parking lot between the University of MI Transportation Research Institute and North Campus Research Complex, located on the east side of Huron Parkway, was still ongoing at 10:26 p.m.
Authorities reported the incident involved a person threatening self-harm around 11:14.
Officials gave the all-clear ten minutes later.
