Cynthia Cousins, 69, of Bensalem was at the Quakerwoods Campground on Rosedale Road in Quakertown when the tree destroyed the camper, according to Bucks County Coroner Patricia Campi. The coroner’s office received her body after she was declared dead on the spot.
Blunt head and torso traumas were the cause of death. According to Campi, the cause of the cousins’ death was found to be unintentional.

In the camper, there was another survivor. The relatives of the cousins reported to Fox 29 Philadelphia that her husband Bob was also inside the camper when it was struck, getting thrown out and only receiving minor injuries.
The family was spending a weekend at the campground, which they had been going to for more than 40 years, according to her brother Gary Darnell.
Cousins was a grandma who was “super proud” of her grandchildren, according to Darnell.
