Vanderpump Rules’ Lala Kent admits she’s ‘addicted to reality TV’ & ‘would never say no’ amid rumors she’s on The Valley
Even if reality TV never comes back after a lengthy break, VANDERPUMP Rules star Lala Kent isn’t prepared to give up on the program.
After making a brief appearance in the first season, the mother of two is said to be joining the cast of Bravo spin-off The Valley full-time.
The filming of season 12 of Vanderpump Rules has not yet begun for Lala and her co-stars.
Many members of the cast have lost friendships as a result of Tom Sandoval’s betrayal of his longtime fiancée Ariana Madix with their friend Rachel Leviss. Additionally, Ariana declines to film with her ex.
However, Lala does not wish for her Bravo journey to come to an end.
“You know, I’m addicted to reality TV, whether it’s being a part of it or just watching it, I find it very fun,” she acknowledged in an exclusive interview with The U.S. Sun.

It’s been a great break. I was able to enjoy my pregnancy and the new phase of motherhood at the ideal moment.
However, I enjoy being occupied and I enjoy that show. As you may know, reality TV has been a part of my life for ten years, and even longer when I was simply watching.
While she is unable to verify any agreements, she said, “I’d never say no to a fun time.”
Since she is no longer close to Ariana or her former best friend Katie Maloney, Lala also disclosed that she hasn’t seen many of her cast members throughout the break.
“I see [Tom] Schwartzy sometimes,” she remarked. I care about his life, and he cares about mine. He’s been really wonderful.
We therefore make it a point to stay in contact even though we don’t see one another very often.
Then it’s clear that Scheana [Shay] and I are inseparable. She resides nearby. Our girls attend the same school.
“So I see her every single day, even if it’s just a drop-off.”
Lala continued: “As an outsider, it appears that everyone is doing incredibly well, but I haven’t seen the rest of them.
“And that show, even if we’re not good, it’s such a bonding experience, and I just hope everybody’s happy and healthy, you know, regardless of what happens.”
Lala, 34, and her three-year-old daughter Ocean, as well as her newborn daughter Sosa, who was born in September, are currently residing in a new home in the valley, outside of central Los Angeles.
“The valley is so underrated,” she added. Being a West Hollywood girl, I was part of the mix. After having children, I looked at my budget and knew what I wanted, so we moved to the valley, and I’m completely infatuated.
“Even though I’m not in the mix, I still feel like I’m there. Yes. It’s the ideal balance, but having children is a whole other ballgame, and it’s exhausting. However, I’m having a great time here.”
MAGICAL TIME
After using a sperm donor, Lala claimed to feel much more at ease with her daughter than she did when she initially became a mother to Ocean, whom she shares with her ex-fiance Randall Emmett.
“I feel like I know what I’m doing, and I also have the feeling that this baby is all mine,” she said.
“I feel like I have a really tender spot for Ocean. I’m not sure if it’s what some refer to as a trauma bond.
“But there are a lot of occasions when I’m like, ‘Oh my god, I’m missing my days with Ocean,’ and then I have to leave town for work, and then I don’t have her this weekend. It’s also an internal conflict.
In contrast, I feel so much more at ease with Sosa. And when I return home at the end of the day, she will be mine forever. And right now is the most magical period of my life.
After celebrating six years sober, Lala is still in her bubble with her child and is looking forward to a peaceful, quiet Christmas.
She is restocking in time for the holidays and has teamed up with Ninja Thirsti for their new ZERO SODA Flavor Drops.
It’s no secret that I’m addicted to my sparkling water, and I prefer to partner with folks [where] it’s a natural fit,” Lala stated.

And it was embarrassing exactly how many cans I was regularly going through. It’s unbelievable to me that I’m helping to destroy our planet in this way.
I thought, “Wait, the Ninja Thirsti makes sparkling water, but there are also flavor pods for when I want to get really buck wild,” when it first came out.
“I find myself to be extremely lucky that six years in and I have not felt the need to pick up a drink.”
She acknowledges that she found it “extremely difficult” at first during the holiday season and offers tips for anyone trying to stop drinking.
“I found that pouring my sparkling water into a stemmed glass really helped me in the beginning. Or perhaps a cocktail glass with an attractive garnish.

It simply gives you the impression that you’re still involved. Nobody is making strange inquiries regarding your abstinence from alcohol. For example, it was really helpful to me.
“My sobriety is really strong. Thank heavens. However, I still prefer to feel included in the celebration.
