Walmart shopper blasts chain after ‘worst service ever’ waiting three hours – fumes ‘should have gone to Kroger’

A Walmart customer live-posted the entire incident as they were waiting hours for their item.

After waiting for his curbside pickup order for an hour, customer Keith White posted a lot of things on X.

The chain was called out in the initial post: WORST SERVICE EVER.Picking up an order at Walmart in Hernando, Mississippi takes about an hour. I should have gone to Kroger, I knew.

As his ire mounted, White posted eight more times.

The customer disclosed in them that other patrons were likewise waiting and becoming irritated.

Despite ordering curbside, many of them even got out of their automobiles to pick up their orders.

After two hours of waiting, White sent an update.

awaiting the pickup of an internet item for TWO HOURS. They won’t answer the phone anymore.

An employee informed him that his food was still not ready and that there was no timeframe when he went outside to his car after three hours of waiting.

White immediately informed Kroger that he had lost his business and canceled his Walmart order.

“My order is now being delivered by Kroger! “DO BETTER, Hernando at Walmart!”
