Watch horror moment Brit rock band is robbed at GUNPOINT in broad daylight on day 1 of US tour during stop at Starbucks
This is the horrific incident in which a British rock band on tour was robbed in broad daylight at gunpoint before they had ever played a note.
The morning after arriving in San Francisco, Sports Team parked its tour bus at a Starbucks in Vallejo, California, on Tuesday at 8:54 a.m. local time.
A hooded man can be seen nonchalantly approaching the car in the startling video, smashing the window, and then pointing a gun at the tour manager.
Another band member filmed the crime from inside the coffee shop.
Before rushing into the Starbucks to avoid the danger, the individual behind the camera can be seen crouching behind a car in the footage.
As the crime took place, terrified witnesses were seen fleeing for their lives.

Personal possessions, stage equipment, and passports were among the stolen goods.
The group’s leader, Alex Rice, told SkyNewshow that he was surprised by how calmly people responded to the incident, as though it were commonplace.
“Obviously, you run for cover if someone pulls a gun,” he remembered.
However, it was the resignation that really caught my attention.
“There was absolutely no panic among those in our immediate vicinity. It appeared to be a very commonplace incident.
“People yell ‘get down’ as though the weather has changed and they should get inside, as though it has just begun to rain.
“That’s been the saddest bit to see, the level of resignation, the fact that people take this in their stride now.”
No authorities were dispatched to the area to conduct an investigation, according to reports.
The singer pointed out how ironic it was that this startling robbery occurred so soon after their tour began.
“We all run back into the Starbucks,” he complained. Numerous personal belongings and musical instruments were stolen from the center of our van.
“So, haven’t played a note yet, one minute in, we’ve got our stuff taken.”
“Someone opened the door and said, ‘Does anybody have a white Sprinter van?'” said drummer Al Greenwood.
“Because you’re currently being robbed.”
“So we all yelled as we ran outside. Someone else sprinted by us in the opposite direction and said, “Be careful, he’s holding something.” Lauren, our tour manager, was a little ahead of me.
“I really thought I was about to watch someone get shot, because it took a while for our tour manager to realise,” she said.
“In the video, you can hear me screaming at her to get down.”
At the time, the artists were enjoying breakfast inside Starbucks.

Despite the event, Sports Team was and will continue to promote their next album, Boys These Days.
The band’s instruments, which were kept in a separate, closed room at the back of the van, were fortunately unharmed.
