Influencer Lauren Hoffman began the loaded cereal bowl trend and says it is a pregnancy craving for her.

For Lauren, her loaded cereal bowl consists of banana, honey nut cheerios cereal, strawberries, peanut butter and a crumbled brownie.

She then tops it with milk before tucking into the bowl.

Her initial loaded cereal post went viral and accumulated over 1.4 million views and hundreds of thousands of likes, as of 12 November 2024.
