She will serve a maximum of 25 years in prison because her sentences will run concurrently.

Komoroski apologized and showed regret for her behavior in court.

She stated: Samantha Miller died on the evening of April 22, 2023, as a result of my decision to drink and drive.

I have never made a worse choice in my life than this one.

Komoroski went on to say: A lovely wife, sister, and daughter were taken because of my bad choices.

I just want to express how deeply sorry I am.

I want them to know that I sincerely apologize and accept full responsibility for what I did.

My actions have left me distraught, incredibly ashamed, and sincerely regretful for the rest of my life.
