Shocking Allegations! Wisconsin Teacher Accused of ‘Making Out’ With Student
A 24-year-old Wisconsin elementary school teacher was arrested on Wednesday for allegedly “making out” with her fifth-grade student, less than three months before her wedding.
Madison Bergmann’s alleged mistreatment of the 11-year-old kid was discovered after the student’s mother overheard him talking on the phone with the instructor, according to CBS News Minnesota.
The victim’s parents discovered claimed messages between the couple and the boy’s father and marched into River Crest Elementary School with printouts of the chats. The insane text chain included texts from Bergmann purportedly recounting repeated interactions in the classroom either at lunch or after school.
She is also accused of telling the child how much she appreciated him caressing her and “making out,” according to the charge docs. According to the allegations, investigators discovered a folder in her purse with the victim’s name on it, which contained several handwritten notes about how often they kissed each other.
In one of the letters, Bergmann allegedly wrote, “One of my cousins is in fifth grade, and I can’t picture a man talking to her the way we do. I understand we have a special bond, and I love you more than anybody else in the world, but I have to be the adult here and stop.”
It’s unclear how long the abuse had been happening, but Bergmann told investigators she got the boy’s phone number from his mother in December when his family brought what they thought was a beloved teacher to the Afton Alps for winter break. Her social media accounts suggest that she got engaged to her longtime lover in the same month. According to the document, when detectives inquired about text messages between the two, Bergmann invoked her right to an attorney.
The suspected pervert has since been placed on administrative leave and is not permitted to contact any district students, parents, or staff, according to the Hudson School District, which informed parents the same day she was arrested.
“Learning about a school staff member and alleged inappropriate conduct that breaches trust is deeply troubling for all of us,” the message goes on to say. Bergmann had planned to marry in July, less than three months after being detained, according to her social media. She began teaching at River Crest Elementary in 2022, and she commemorated the occasion with a photo of her classroom on Facebook.

Bergmann is now facing one count of first-degree child sexual assault. She was released with a $25,000 signature bond.
