Wixom police seek suspect in gas station robbery

Fox 2, WIXOM, MICH.On Saturday morning, a man broke into the Chillbox gas station on Grand River Avenue in Wixom and committed robbery.

Since no weapon was used, the police have categorized it as a strong-armed robbery.

The white male, who was reportedly between 35 and 40 years old, was dressed in Timerland boots, tan jeans, and a black Carhartt jacket. Just about 12:30 a.m. on December 21, he broke into the store and took off in a big black pickup truck.

Police added that despite searching the area, they were unable to locate the truck or the individual, and they are now asking the public for assistance in identifying him.

The Wixom police are asking anyone who knows who he is to contact them at 248-624-6114.
