Woman Arrested for Aggravated Murder After Toddler Stabbed to Death in Ohio

Police in Ohio have reported that a lady is suspected of carrying out a random attack that resulted in the death of a three-year-old boy outside of a grocery store.

According to the North Olmsted police department, the little kid, Julian, and his mother, Margot Wood, were both stabbed at approximately three o’clock on Monday afternoon in the parking lot of a Giant Eagle in North Olmsted, which is approximately 15 miles outside of Cleveland.

According to the authorities, Julian was stabbed not just in the back but also in the cheek. According to the authorities, Wood endured injuries that were not considered to be life-threatening. The suspect, identified as Bionca Ellis, 32 years old, was put into arrest, according to the police.

Detective Sergeant Matt Beck of the North Olmsted Police Department stated at a press conference on Tuesday that Ellis and the victims did not know each other. He referred to the incident as a “random act of violence.”” The Giant Eagle was the location where Ellis “spotted Mrs. Wood and her son and then proceeded to follow them out to the parking lot,” according to Beck. Ellis had gotten “some type of kitchen knife” from a neighboring business and then headed to the Giant Eagle’s parking lot.

After that, according to Beck, Ellis allegedly assaulted the mother and son in the vicinity of their vehicle while Julian was sitting in the shopping cart. “As a mother, I cannot even begin to fathom this sense of loss that this family is going through,” North Olmsted Mayor Nicole Dailey Jones stated during the news conference that took place on Tuesday and was attended by the press. “The city and I all share in your loss.”
