Woman caught on hands & knees eating cat in sick video gets short jail sentence & is branded ‘national embarrassment’
The disturbed woman will serve a year in prison for the horrible deed of devouring a cat carcass in the middle of her neighborhood.
A court pronounced 27-year-old Allexis Ferrell of Ohio a national disgrace and delivered her sentence on Monday.
In court, Stark County Common Pleas Judge Frank Forchione stated, “This is repulsive to me,” according to the Canton Repository.
“I can’t express the disappointment, shock, disgust that this crime has brought me.”
Ferrell was seen munching on adead cat on her hands and knees in her area, which is approximately an hour south of Cleveland, in August.
When graphic bodycam evidence of her insane conduct was made public in September, she quickly gained notoriety.

As police cuffed the blood-covered woman, terrified neighbors watched in fear as she stood in eerie silence.
According to Judge Forchione, Ferrell is a danger to the community because of her immoral behavior.
He said, “I don’t know what could prompt anyone to eat a cat,” whenever she was sentenced.
“I mean, who would harm an animal in this way? And a child is like an animal.
“I don’t know if you understand that or not.”
When news broke that Haitian immigrants were consuming dogs in Springfield, Ohio, the case of the sick criminal shook the nation.
During his debate with opponent Kamala Harris, President-elect Donald Trump brought attention to the unfounded allegations.
Judge Forchione chastised Ferrell despite the fact that she is not an immigrant because of the impact her crimes had on their community.
He remarked, “You’ve embarrassed this county,”
“You have brought shame to our country. More significantly, you have made a fool of yourself.
During the sentencing, Ferrell attempted to speak, but the judge cut her off with the words “it’s my courtroom” and “my turn to talk.”
Judge Forchione sentenced the offender to a maximum of one year after she entered a guilty plea to a felony animal cruelty charge.
According to the New York Post, this will be added to her previous 18-month sentence for stealing and endangering children.
Ferrell’s defense lawyer maintained that she was a good person in spite of the judge’s defamatory remarks.
According to the lawyer, she will get inpatient treatment following her release because she has a history of drug and alcohol misuse.
Judge Forchione expressed his hope that his sentencing will serve as a voice for those who lack one in his vehement statement.

He remarked, “They don’t have a voice,” towards pets.
“Their only voice today is me, and I’m going to exercise this voice very loudly.”
