Woman driving with BAC 4 times legal limit arrested after hitting curbs in Troy

Just after 12:30 a.m. on December 13, police said a caller reported a Ford F-150 speeding all over the road and colliding with several curbs at Stephenson Highway and E. Maple before pulling into the parking lot of a Belle Tire on Rochester Road.
