Drug Bust: South Florida Plumber Apprehended During Traffic Stop
Monroe County, Florida – During a traffic stop, deputies discovered cocaine, Oxycodone, and Alprazolam inside the vehicle of a South Florida plumber who was detained on drug charges.
Jorge Lambanino, 55, was taken into custody, according to a Sunday statement from the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.
On Friday, Lambanino, a plumber from Homestead, was stopped for a traffic infraction close to mile marker 102 on U.S. 1.
After the traffic stop, the K-9 unit of the Sheriff’s Office found many drugs in Lambanino’s car.

Authorities claimed to have discovered 5.3 grams of alprazolam, 20.8 grams of oxycodone, and 9.3 grams of cocaine.
Charges against Lambanino included driving with a suspended license, possessing cocaine, trafficking Oxycodone, and possessing a controlled narcotic.
For now, he’s under arrest.
