CONCORD, New Hampshire — At a hearing on Wednesday, Volodymyr Zhukovskyy, the driver of a 2019 Randolph tragedy that claimed the lives of seven motorcycle riders, is hoping to regain his driving privileges in New Hampshire.

Zhukovskyy was found not guilty of any of the charges related to the 2019 Route 2 crash in Randolph.

According to his lawyer, on Tuesday, his client wants to regain his license in New Hampshire so that he can start the process of having his license reinstated in other states.

As you can expect, this was a life-altering experience for him, according to his lawyer Earle Wingate III.

“He was present in the crash that claimed seven lives, although he was not a causal factor. It is a dreadful thing. He is really sensitive to it.”

When Zhukovskyy’s truck struck a gathering of motorcycle riders in June 2019, it killed seven members of the Jarheads Motorcycle Club. All charges against him, including negligent homicide and manslaughter, were deemed to be unfounded.
