Big ‘ATTACK’ Happened! Fatal Fairfax County Gas Station Shooting Leads to Charges Against DC Man
DEBARYLIFE – Police in Fairfax County, Virginia, say that a gas pump disagreement on Tuesday morning turned into a deadly shooting.
The victim is a 44-year-old man from D.C. who has been charged with murder.
After shooting Fairfax resident Arthur Edward Mann II, 38, to death, Doniel Drake has been charged with second-degree murder and using a handgun while committing a felony.

Drake and Mann reportedly got into a fight at the Citgo gas station on Richmond Highway in the Fair Haven neighborhood at around six in the morning, according to the Fairfax County Police Department.

Next, according to authorities, Drake drew a gun and shot Mann at least once in the upper torso. The scene declared Mann dead.
At the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, Drake is being held without bond.
