New York City – At the age of 55, Lee Siegfried, a seasoned radio personality who went by the moniker Crazy Cabbie and frequently appeared on Howard Stern’s radio show, passed away.

Another disc jockey of Minnesotan ancestry, Cane Peterson, posted the news of Siegfried’s passing on Facebook on Sunday night.

According to a Starcasm posting from 2020, radio host Siegfried, real name Lee Anthony Mroszak, was afflicted with a rare neurological condition that can cause paralysis.

Crazy Cabbie was a regular guest on Howard Stern’s show and broadcast on 92.3 K-Rock (WXRK radio) in New York.

In Minneapolis, Siegfried started at two stations, where he developed the Crazy Cabbie persona.
