Legal Proceedings Begin for Two Teens in Dunbar High School Shooting Case
WASHINGTON – On Tuesday, the two suspects in the student-injured shooting at Dunbar High School made their court appearance.
The two teenage suspects, Azhari Graves, 18, and Saki Frost, 17, were captured on camera sometime around the time of the shooting, according to earlier court filings.
According to court filings, staff members at the high school recognized the two suspects as seniors.
Before any shots were fired that morning, a teacher noticed the two at the basketball court across the street from Dunbar at the New York Avenue Recreation Center.

After being hit by a bullet during the shooting, the student was thought to be unharmed.
The two teenage suspects are accused of several offenses, including carrying a firearm during a violent crime and assault with the intent to kill.
Frost and Graves remain in detention without bond.
Wednesday at 11 a.m. is set aside for a preliminary hearing.
