Orlando’s Morning Scene Gets a Dash of Jacksonville Flavor with New Breakfast Chain Arrival
Orlando, Florida — Expect southern warmth, home-style cuisine, and the assurance that no one leaves grumpy at this breakfast franchise, which might be making its way to Orlando.
In 1999, Jacksonville-based Grumpy’s Restaurant opened and began serving pancakes, eggs, and sandwiches. As per a press statement, the company is planning to expand to Orlando after establishing five facilities in North Florida.
CEO and President Daniel DeLeon stated in a press release that “Orlando’s vibrant and flourishing community is the perfect next location for Grumpy’s to expand into.” “We are excited to find the right franchisees to help us integrate into the community, as the city has seen an impressive influx of visitors and locals in recent years.”
According to DeLeon’s statement in the news release, Orlando was the perfect place for development because of things like the city’s reputation as the best gastronomic destination in the country and its rapid population growth.
In the meantime, a press statement states that the breakfast restaurant is growing through franchising, with an initial investment costing between $685,000 and $1.5 million.
