Police Investigate Fatal Shooting of Man in Raleigh Apartment Complex
Memphis, Tennessee – At an apartment block in Raleigh on Thursday afternoon, a 20-year-old male was discovered shot to death. One more man made it out of the assault.
Moments before 5 p.m. on Thursday, Memphis Police responded to the Summit Apartments on Summit Arbours Circle and Hidden Woods Cove.
A male who had been shot was discovered, according to police. Right there, he was declared deceased.
A witness claimed to have seen the man shot dead over a gaming system.
The witness stated, “I just walked out and prepared to turn left and head over there.” “Waving at guys as they turned in.”

While operating the vehicle, a woman assisted a different male in getting away.

It was an attempted robbery, the woman continued.

Police said the suspects drove the victim’s black Dodge Charger away from the scene. The car was retrieved subsequently.
This is the third killing within a half-mile of the location in the last year, according to the City’s Data Hub.
