Two Women Arrested After Allegedly SHOOTING Eleven-year-old Boy in Atlantic City

During the Memorial Day weekend in Atlantic City, New Jersey, two ladies were taken into custody on Sunday for allegedly shooting a nine-year-old boy. Along the 100 block of North Rhode Island Avenue, it took place sometime before 10:30 p.m. on Saturday. For reports of a kid being shot, law enforcement officers were dispatched to the location.

He was 11 years old and suffering from a gunshot wound, according to the police, who discovered him when they arrived. A youngster who had sustained injuries that were not considered to be life-threatening was sent to the AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center.

Yanirah Davis, age 22, and Yontay Cooper, age 33, were identified as suspects in the shooting by the authorities after they conducted an investigation. ” Two ladies allegedly arrived on the street armed with a revolver and a hammer to confront a group with whom they had previously engaged in a confrontation.

The hammer was used to reportedly break out the glass of a car, and then the individuals began firing their weapons at the group. A home was hit by one of the gunfire, according to the police, and this is how the 11-year-old was hit.
Davis and Cooper were taken into custody on Sunday for having allegedly played roles in the shooting.

In addition to being charged with ten charges of aggravated assault, unauthorized possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, endangering the welfare of a child, and conspiracy, both women have also been charged with ten counts of conspiracy.
