Miami-Dade County, Florida:  Three suspects were apprehended by the police after a masked burglary team in Miami-Dade was thwarted by an armed homeowner.

Three guys were taken into custody on Thursday after an unsuccessful effort was made to break into a house in the northwest area of Miami-Dade County.

The suspects drove a Dodge Charger to the residence on Southwest 83rd Court, according to the police.

After getting out of the automobile, two men leaped a fence and went after many parked cars at the house.

The car’s closed doors prevented 18-year-old Payton Pierre from stealing the black Rolls Royce that was shown on surveillance tape.
