HEARTBREAKING 911 TAPES! Father Murders Twin Teens, Shoots Wife, Then Himself
Police have released horrific audio from two 911 calls made Friday evening from the Illinois home where a 48-year-old man fatally shot his twin teenage children before committing suicide.
“Oh my God! Anjum Coffland, the estranged wife of gunman Randall Coffland, cries to dispatchers after the deaths of her 16-year-old daughters Brittany and Tiffany Coffland. “He shot me my girls are dead, my girls oh my God!”
Throughout the roughly 8-minute recording, obtained by PEOPLE, Anjum sobs for the loss of her two daughters. The 46-year-old woman, who was shot in both legs by her divorced husband, can be heard calling out to her daughters, hoping they will reply. However, they never do.

One of the daughters was found shot in the head on a couch inside the St. Charles condominium, while another was discovered dead in her bedroom. Randall Coffland died via a single self-inflicted gunshot to the head, according to authorities.
According to investigators, the Cofflands had been living separately for months after their separation. Officers responded to a domestic incident involving the couple last month, but they stated that no crime was committed, thus no one was detained.
Police believe Randall Coffland targeted his wife’s legs in order for her to survive Friday’s shooting, leaving the mother to deal with the emotional repercussions. Coffland contacted 911 before his wife and told her, “I want you to live and suffer like I did,” according to the tape.
“I just shot and killed my two kids, shot my wife, and I’m going to shoot myself now,” he tells the operator. “My two girls are dead and I’m killing myself.”
According to authorities, detectives are still investigating the deaths to find a motive.
Anjum Coffland can be heard breathing heavily during the 911 call. She even begins to hyperventilate while waiting for police to arrive.
Throughout the call, the dispatcher attempts to keep the bereaved mother calm by asking her questions while she cries.
“He killed my daughters, he killed my daughters,” she screams. “He shot me.” I am going into shock. He murdered my girls. He fing murdered my girls. “I have lost a lot of blood.” Near the end of the call, cops can be heard entering the house. The injured mother gives police information about her husband’s whereabouts before requesting investigators to check on her daughters.
“My girls!” she shouts through sobs. “I believe one of them is in the bedroom. I need to have my daughters checked. “Please check my girls!”
Autopsies on all three bodies were carried out on Monday.
Police said Anjum Coffland is in stable condition at a local medical institution.
