SHOCKING ALLEGATIONS! John-paul Miller’s Ex Accuses Him of Misconduct With Minors and Prostitutes
The controversy surrounding South Carolina pastor John-Paul Miller continues. In late April, authorities discovered his late wife Mica Miller dead in an apparent suicide. Rumours and claims about the preacher have circulated since then. Mica accused John-Paul of grooming her while she worked at the church, shortly before her death. She allegedly had known him since she was a teenager. According to an affidavit obtained by the Daily Mail, the pastor’s ex-wife has accused him of sleeping with underage girls and prostitutes.
According to the outlet, this piece was published in 2017, during the fallout from their marriage. Alison and John-Paul were in court for alimony payments. “Our marriage and my husband’s career were less than stable at the time because at the time my husband’s affair was discovered, he had previously admitted to both me and our congregation, that he had an addiction to prostitution,” wrote Alison.
Mica had been the couple’s babysitter before her affair with John-Paul. “Our marriage and my husband’s career were less than stable at the time because at the time my husband’s affair was discovered, he had previously admitted to both me and our congregation, that he had an addiction to prostitution,” Alison stated in her declaration.
“He also confessed to me and other church staff members that he had sexual encounters with young females under the age of sixteen.” When the defendant’s affair was exposed, church authorities insisted that he seek counselling for sexual addiction. When he refused, the majority of our church members departed.
CONFIRMED! Pastor’s Wife’s Cause of Death: Self-inflicted Gunshot Wound
Alison also discussed John-Paul and Mica’s affair. She said, “Our separation was caused by my finding that the defendant was having an affair with the praise and worship leader in our church, who was also the weekly babysitter for our four children and the wife of his best friend. His marital misbehaviour not only ended my marriage but also cost me my church family and income, as well as badly harmed the defendant’s bond with our children.”
John-Paul Miller’s legal team speaks out
In a response, John-Paul’s counsel denied rumours of grooming. They also threatened legal action against anyone who claimed abuse. However, the debate has continued online. “Following the untimely death of Mica Miller, unfounded rumours and false accusations began circulating on social media and in various media outlets, suggesting Pastor Miller’s involvement in her demise,” attorney Russell B. Long stated in a release. “This created a buzz, prompting local and national media sources to spread these falsehoods on a massive scale. Our client denies any report that he ever assaulted his wife.
They went on to say, “It has been revealed that Mica Miller suffered from mental illness, specifically bipolar disorder, which, if not properly handled, can lead to delusional episodes and self-destructive behaviour. Mica suffered from mental illness, and some of her recent reports are absurd. This tragic reality emphasises the necessity of destigmatizing mental health concerns and ensuring that individuals afflicted receive enough care and treatment.”
The lawyers emphasised that Mica’s death was deemed a suicide. They wrote, “This finding clears Pastor Miller of all misconduct. These unsubstantiated claims and false reporting have caused significant distress and injury to Pastor Miller and his family, and must be stopped immediately.”
