The sign facing eastward was erroneous, and it was taken down on Wednesday, January 24, a Department of Transportation official recently told the Daily Record.
Westbound traffic is still directed by the No U-turn sign. According to the evidence, a large number of cars either missed the sign or chose to ignore it.
The area is already crowded, but it could get busier soon with the construction of a Chick-fil-A and plans to build an entertainment complex called Top Golf.
The NJ Transit bus station is located at this extremely busy crossroads, which is highly noteworthy.
