Breaking News! Orosi Shooter From 2023 Apprehended, Confirm Deputies
According to the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office, police have detained a guy in connection with the killing of another man in Orosi. Additionally, the man’s wife has been detained for allegedly concealing him from the authorities.
The 12400 block of Avenue 413 in Orosi was the location where deputies were dispatched on December 9, 2023, at around 10:15 p.m., in response to a report of a shooting victim.
Following their arrival, officials from the sheriff’s office stated that they discovered the victim, who has been identified as Ruben Trevino, suffering from a gunshot wound. Trevino was sent to a nearby hospital, but he was unable to recover from his injuries and passed away there.

The CATTCH unit of the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department reported that they discovered Moreno hiding with his family in Orosi at approximately 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday. They were able to take him into custody without any conflicts occurring.
