Hillsborough County Fire Rescue Fights House Fire in Town N’ Country, Is All Safe Now!
Hillsborough County, Florida: A residential structure fire in Town N’ Country (Tampa) was put out by Hillsborough County Fire Rescue.
On April 23, around 4:45 PM, units were called to a house fire on Wilshire Drive. When responding units noticed a column of smoke in the distance, they reported a working fire.
“Our first engine arrived to heavy fire coming from the residence’s rear and smoke pouring from the house’s eaves,” HCFR stated.

Within ten minutes, firefighters contained the fire by advancing handlines inside the building. After searching the house, the crews discovered that no one lived there.

Neither civilians nor first responders suffered any injuries. The four-member family that has been displaced has requested assistance from the American Red Cross.
The cause is being looked into by the fire investigator who is on the spot.
