Hot Pursuit: Miami-Dade Man Faces Charges for Stealing Three Cars and Fleeing Two Accidents
Miami: Ten charges were brought against a 24-year-old non-English speaking Cuban guy in four cases in Miami-Dade County.
When Jhon Danel Torres-Carbonell arrived in court on Saturday to face further accusations, he needed assistance from a translator.
Prosecutors said Torres-Carbonell has two grand theft auto criminal cases pending and two fresh cases.

He made two appearances before Miami-Dade County Circuit Judge Carmen Cabarga on Saturday following his most recent arrest on Friday.

On his initial court appearance, he was charged with one count of reckless driving, two charges of fleeing the scene of an accident with property damage and driving without a license.

On his second appearance, he was charged with grand theft, grand theft of a car, armed burglary of an unoccupied conveyance, resisting an officer without using force, and grand theft of a firearm.
According to court documents, prosecutors brought cases against him for two counts of grand theft of a car on November 17 and November 30, with Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Lody Jean sitting in charge of both proceedings.
